OLYMPIC BID AFTER SUCCESSFUL 2020 CAMPAIGN
 
 

The stunning new designs for the proposed David Boon Centre have finally been released! You can check out the incredible vision of what the centre would look like by heading to our New Venues page which can be found here

Reminding you all of our first ever Public Event, with a Public Day being held on the lawns of Parliament House in Hobart this Saturday between 10am and 2pm! Come along and show off your support with signs, flags and everything else! The day will be attended by politicians as well as other people, and have events for the kids as well as the chance to have questions answered by the bid team!

In light of recent comments and concerns, the group organising this bid will no longer be referred to as the Hobart Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, but now as the Hobart Organising Group for Major Events (H.O.G.M.E). Further details of this decision will be released tomorrow
